3) The Windows Server 2008 R2 disk image file or physical DVD
4) VMware tools for Windows Server 2008 R2
5) An internet connection to download and install updates
OVERVIEW
1) Check and enable virtualization technology in your computers BIOS then download & install VMware workstation player / pro
2) Download or purchase the Windows server disk image file or physical DVD
3) Open VMware workstation and create a new Windows Server virtual machine
4) Attach the Windows Server disk image file to the virtual machine and install Windows Server
5) Install vvmware tool for Windows Server, create a shared folder then download and install Windows updates
