Netdata is an open source tool designed to collect real-time metrics, such as CPU usage, disk activity, bandwidth usage, website visits, etc., and then display them in live, easy-to-interpret charts. In this tutorial you will learn how to install NETDATA on LINUX UBUNTU 20.04 LTS in the cloud on AWS LIGHTSAIL. You will also learn how to create a LINUX UBUNTU 20.04 LTS instance in the LIGHTSAIL web app, how to set a static ip address on the instance and how to connect to the instance via SSH. You will learn how to install NETDATA in two ways, using the UBUNTU apt package manager and also using the kickstarter automated script.
